As our company continues to grow at a rapid pace, we have ongoing full-time positions in customer service for college or university graduates. An ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective problem solving capabilities and be highly organized and detail oriented. Other qualifications should include:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Past dispatch/logistics experience is preferred but not required
  • Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills and pleasant telephone manner
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills

Your duties will include:

  • Quoting, booking, and tracking shipments
  • Handling customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner via phone and email
  • Monitoring and updating shipment statuses on the FreightCom web porta
  • Performing other duties as assigned
